Everton Summer 2024 Transfer Thread

Not only there isn't any money, but we need to find some to pay our first instalments on beto and probably chermiti...the same frustrating scenario will unfold as per last summer. Players will go for serious money, and no new additions will be added. We will go with what we have...iwobi and gray were never replaced, so will onana and possibly branthwaite...

Burnley relegated.
Might as hire a minibus and ship half their squad over to FF in a oner.

How many current Burnley players will be in our squad next season?

Dyche hasn't really managed that many of them tbf with all the signings they've made in last two years.

I could see maybe Sander Berge being an option if Burnley want to keep him but don't want to pay his wages so similar to Harrison, years loan and he's a low cost replacement for Onana.

Stadium, Beto and Chermo, then we need to find 5 or 6 players to make a squad.

People picking between Onana, Branners, DCL and Pickford, I wouldnt be shocked to see all 4 sold just to keep the lights on.

Tarks has three years left on his deal aswell doesn't he? He's integral and happy here but ultimately feels like he might be offered to a few prem teams, Newcastle would certainly take him with all their defensive injuries as a short term stop gap.

Some will stay, others will leave but ultimately they need to be replaced to remain competitive.

Tarkowski is not going to Newcastle lol lol lol

We need Tarks to settle Big Keggers nerves next season when hes starting every week.

Sam Curtis made his debut for SU today - easy replacement for Seamus. Make it happen Thelwell. We could have had him last autumn for circa 1m but do it now.

Very very high ceiling.

PS Mason Melia 16 yo from his former club St Pats CF scored a peach last night. Same applies.

I know it's not exactly a secret,
But officially coming out and saying we need to sell players is a rookie mistake...
Like spurs with richy, clubs are just gonna lowball us because they know we need to sell...
So the talk of 50mill bids for branthwaite, money back for onana etc would be realistic
Think most clubs kno anyways is not just us wolves forest all ij the same postion
