A delighted Blues fan became the final supporter to win back the cost of his Season Ticket today.
Simon Bradshaw, 39 of Kensington, renewed his Season Ticket for the 2012/13 season last month by completing his renewal application pack and today, he was chosen at random as the final winner of the Early Bird prize draw.
Throughout the Early Bird window, the Club ran a special draw, in association with bluekipper.com and grandoldteam.com, to reward Evertonians who bought their Season Tickets before the deadline on 20 April.
For every week of the Early Bird window, a supporter was randomly selected to have the cost of their Season Ticket reimbursed.
Simon said: “That is absolutely fantastic. You have just made my day because it’s been a terrible day so far! I don’t know what to say! Thank you very much.â€
Simon has been a Season Ticket holder in the Main Stand for three years and decided to renew early to take advantage of the Early Bird discount and guarantee his seat for next season.
He said: “I wanted to secure my seat for next season because I get along well with the fella’s that sit by me and we have a good talk before the match and at half-time. I’m made up that I’ve got the same seat again next season.â€
Almost 20,000 Evertonians snapped up their 2012/13 Season Tickets during the Early Bird campaign, guaranteeing their seat at Goodison Park for every Premier League game next season.
The Early Bird window has now closed but there are still excellent deals on offer, especially for younger supporters.
All tickets for primary school children are still available at just £95 – equating to only £5 per game. Juniors can secure a season-long stay from £149, while adult prices begin at £443.
There is also still time for existing Season Ticket holders to guarantee their seat. Buy your Season Ticket before 13 May to secure your existing seat for next season’s action.
