Seamus Coleman says its exciting to play with Gerard Deulofeu.
Coleman: “In his first campaign at the club when we had him on loan, it was very exciting to play with him
“It was a case of getting him the ball as much as you can.
“He excites us, he excites the fans and he is capable of doing things on the pitch to open up defences.
“He has learnt a lot from his loan spell and he is really excited to get going. I get on well with him off the pitch and hopefully that can help us on it.
“I am looking forward to playing with him again and he is here and wants to work hard.”
Coleman also spoke of the constant transfer speculation linking him with a move away from Everton.
“I see it as part and parcel of football.
“It is usually in the summer or January when stuff comes up.
“Like when the boss was asked about Jonny Evans, and he said there was nothing in it, this is the case with a lot of these things.
“I am just now hoping to build on what I did last season. We didn’t live up to standards of the previous season but we are looking forward to putting that right this season.”
