Everton forward Oumar Niasse is currently undergoing a medical at Hull City, according to Sky Sports.
It is thought that Hull will sign Niasse initially on loan, but do have the option to buy for £10m in the summer should the club chose to exercise that right. Hull will also pay all of Niasse’s astonishing £55,000 weekly wage, freeing up the wage bill for potential arrivals this transfer window.
The forward was signed by Roberto Martinez in January 2016 for a fee thought to be in the region of £13.5m, but Toffees boss Ronald Koeman publically stated at the beginning of his tenure that the Senegalese forward would play no part in his plans going forward.
Since then, the striker has been training and playing with the clubs Under-23 squad in an attempt to stay fit for a potential move during the window and it looks as though he will get his move.
Tom Cleverley is also set to leave the club as he has a medical at Watford, while Morgan Schneiderlin is set to sign for Everton in £22m deal.
