Extremely classic design Umbro home shirt as worn in the inaugural season of the Premiership which brought Howard Kendall’s second spell as boss to a close. With the messy pattern background this shirt is tied to the early 90s when music and fashion subtly influenced shirt design (tie-dye shirts anyone?). Memorably donned by Peter Beardsley in Sky Sports’ first ever advert for the new Premier League (with added Simple Minds and some bizarre shower scenes). Buy it here
