Out on Loan – EFC’s Young Players 08.08.17

Tyias Browning and Brendan Galloway both played the full 90 minutes for Sunderland, who drew with promotion hopefuls Derby County – Galloway was badly beaten for the Derby goal but recovered to make some attacking runs. Browning was steady at the back.

Kieran Dowell had an excellent introduction for Nottingham Forest after coming on two thirds of the way through their home win against Millwall. Forest fans are looking forward to seeing more from the youngster after his short performance.

Mixed reports about Joe Williams in his first game, an away loss for Barnsley.

Matthew Pennington started for Leeds United and had an impressive home debut before having to go off with what looked like an ankle injury which may result in some time out.

Antonee Robinson was an unused sub for Bolton Wanderers.

Henry Onyekuru had a good game after a surprise start for Anderlecht, with the opposing keeper parrying his shot to a teammate for the winning goal.
