Gueye pens new deal

News has emerged that Idrissa Gana Gueye put pen to paper on a new 5 year contract… in October.

With no official confirmation from Everton, it was the Football Association who revealed the documents for the Senegal international’s contract extension were submitted on October 26 of last year.

This took place three days after Ronald Koeman’s reign as Everton manager came to an end.

Gana’s new deal runs until the summer of 2022.
