Chelsea have made Everton goalkeeper Jordan Pickford their primary target should Thibaut Courtois leave for Real Madrid this summer, according to Sky Sports News.
The 24-year-old joined from Sunderland last summer and has enjoyed a fine first season at Goodison Park, earning his first England cap in November and bagged a hat-trick of prizes at Everton’s end of season awards – being awarded Everton’s Player of the Season, Players’ Player of the Season and Young Player of the Season before going on to have an inspired World Cup as England’s number one.
