Everton legend Andy Gray his reaffirmed his belief that Cenk Tosun isn’t good enough for Everton.
Speaking following Everton’s 3-1 defeat to West Ham at Goodison Park, Andy Gray spoke of the number of players missing from Marco Silva’s squad, but
Gray: “What Marco Silva needs is to have every player he’s got, available.
“Andre Gomes, we’ve not seen. Bernard, we’ve only seen a glimpse of him today. Yerry Mina, not seen him. Richarlison has been suspended for three games. Michael Keane needs to get fit again, Jagielka’s out. There’s a lot of players out the side.
Gray continued with comment that Everton lack upfront. “Tosun isn’t good enough. Oumar Niasse isn’t good enough, not at this level. When I talk about this level, I’m talking about top half of the Premier League. Those boys are not good enough”
Koeman, Allardyce, Silva all have to coach Everton with Lukaku. None found a way to replace him like-for-like, or get goals from elsewhere. Three good coaches, none of them, I say so far with Marco Silva has found a way to make Everton potent again in the top half of the pitch without Romelu Lukaku.”
"Those boys aren't good enough."
