Everton Fan Survey Results – 2021/22

The results of the 2021/22 independent Everton fan survey are now available.

4,759 Everton fans completed this fan survey which ran from the conclusion of Everton’s final fixture of the 2021/22 season, 22/05/2022 to 29/05/2022.

GrandOldTeam would like to thank all Everton fans who provided us with a detailed understanding of their views on the key issues at Everton Football Club.

We would also like to thank the Evertonians who helped us prepare, conduct and compile the results of the survey to ensure we gained a thorough reflection of the views of Everton fans.

On average, Evertonians rated Everton’s 2021/22 as ranking 2.5 out of 10.

Frank Lampard enjoys a 96% approval rating.

4% of fans are ‘happy’ or ‘very happy’ with how Everton is run by the current Everton board. Down from 72% in 2020/21.

46% believe Everton care about their fans opinion with 34% believing Everton to listen to their fans.

84.7% consider themselves to be either quite dissatisfied or very dissatisfied with Everton’s progress under Farhad Moshiri.

90.7% of fans believe Farhad Moshiri could/should improve his communications with supporters.

61% of Everton fans are either unsatisfied or very unsatisfied with the performance of Everton’s CEO.

76% of Everton fans are either unsatisfied or very unsatisfied with the performance of Everton’s Chairman.

3.2% of fans answered ‘Yes’ to the question “Is the current Everton Board fit for purpose and doing a good job running Everton?”

62% of fans believe Hummel to be a good kit manufacturer.

79.6% of fans believe Everton’s ticket prices to be either very good value, or good value for money.

The majority of fans, 68.6% felt a ‘Top 10 Finish’ was the most realistic target for the 2022/23 season. 15.5% felt ‘Avoid Relegation’ to be the most suitable target.

All considered, 18.6% of fans are optimistic about Everton’s prospects during the next 5 years.
