Dele Alli has joined Besiktas on a season-long loan, with the Turkish club retaining the option to purchase the player for either £6million or £8million, depending on timing of any activation.
Everton will reportedly receive a £1.86m (€2.2m) loan fee, and Besiktas will pay just £8,430 (€10,000) of Alli’s wages per game.
The 26-year-old joined Everton in a January deadline day deal on a two-and-a-half-year deal. Under the terms of the deal which brought Alli to Everton, there was no upfront payment – instead, a series of clauses kick in at various stages, with Spurs receiving the first tranche of £10million after Dele has made 20 appearances for the Toffees.
He made just 13 appearances without scoring for the Toffees and is looking to get back to form playing for Turkish giants Besiktas.
