Everton want to sign Kalvin Phillips on a season-long loan deal, according to the BBC.
Phillips joined Manchester City from Leeds United for £45m in July 2022, but was restricted to just 31 appearances. The 28-year-old was loaned to West Ham in January after Pep Guardiola admitted he couldn’t envisage the England midfielder in his team.
Capped 31 times by England, Phillips started every game as the Three Lions reached the final of UEFA Euro 2020 and appeared at the 2022 FIFA World Cup finals.
