Everton earned a point at Goodison Park with a 1-1 draw against Arsenal, thanks to a second-half penalty from Iliman Ndiaye.
Ndiaye calmly converted from the spot in the 49th minute after referee Darren England pointed to the spot when Myles Lewis-Skelly clumsily brought down Jack Harrison in the box. The equaliser cancelled out Leandro Trossard’s 34th-minute opener for the visitors, ensuring the Blues claimed a deserved share of the spoils against Mikel Arteta’s title-chasing side.
