Can’t come soon enough.

I don't agree... he was playing as first choice longer than he should be.
He's a very decent back up, which is what he's doing now, stepping in when needed
I disagree that he's "very decent back up". He's adequate if we're not looking to win the game, and he'll do an ok job against most poor sides, but he has so many limitations to his game now that he's essentially a liability to us when in the team against better opposition. I think Spurs will be rubbing their hands together and the prospect of facing him tomorrow.

I just assumed I'd see Patterson competing in the next Paralympics after that damning assessment by the official self-appointed GOT physio

Well he did say he'd be out "for months" and also that we wouldn't see Dom play again this season so he's 2 for 2!

Calvert-Lewin and Patterson: we need in January a proper replacement for each. Neither Maupay nor Coleman are adequate for the rest of the season.

IMO Calvert-Lewin wont play again all season. Patterson will be out months
...and a lad getting two major injuries after about 15 senior games in football doesn't make me think he'll be a long term option for us.
