Wouldn't at all be surprised if there was a clause where Bill is is on the board for life.

….I said a long time ago he should be given the purely honorary title of Club President. In that way he’s not involved in day to day affairs but saves face with a nice gold chain and posh seat in the Directors Box.
 


Could be that kensh**e had a clause put in that kept him in charge of the train set no matter how much he broke it ?

Rumours suggest Bill and Moshiri aren’t seeing eye to eye.

Farhad can’t get rid of Bill due to the way the deal was set up when he became majority shareholder.

No wonder the club is in its current state.
At the least, I'd say this possibility shouldn;t be ruled out, knowing Bill. Otherwise why did he finally agree to sell his shares after all these years?
