New Everton Stadium Discussion

Mate there is 1 road from the Stadium, the Soccer busses won't be moving.

And what are people meant to do for night games when public transport is limited? They are going to drive, lots of people come after work, before work.

It's not just Mondeo man who will use a car.

Don't know how much of Regent Road will be closed during a game but it should prevent it itself being just a defacto car park when leaving. I would imagine cars will be moving away from the ground through the streets that feed into Regent. Which is a fair few. Of course they'll all be busy no doubt, but really not that much different than now.

The dock Road will have no public traffic on it at all. Its not beyond comprehension that buses will do a shuttle.run along the length for drop off's at Costco and return. That would put people much closer to the centre and Moorfields station.

Trackless trams could increase that capacity by quite a bit.
