So they have had 4 separate hearings and each hearing has produced a different outcome points wise.

Appeal hearing changed to 6 points
Forest hearing 4 points
Our second hearing 2 points

Forest 34.5 over, and none stop brought players,despite been told not to. 4 points deducted.
Everton 36.1, sold loads, loans on stadium caused our one overall, and 8 points, deducted,

10pts was nonsense, and proven to be such by the appeal, and by Forest’s punishment for a much bigger breach.

Our breach has gone down since the last punishment (showing positive improvement), is smaller than the money lost due to Ukraine war, is about half the size of Forest’s. Our TOTAL breach is about the same size as Forest’s, and we already had a 50% bigger punishment than Forest.

We should not have had any further deduction. We’ve now received DOUBLE the punishment that Forest had, for the same size breach (+/-)

We are in different places mate.

Im beyond thinking the process is fair, ive long accepted it isn't - so you cant apply logic as above, in fact i know its corrupt and made up - my point is if you accept that - then anything can happen from 10 down - in that context - we've gotten of light with 2.

The club is a skip fire, my anger is going to be directed at the administration at the club, for not once but twice putting us in this position.

Either our first deduction is wrong or Forests deduction is wrong (and could reduce further). Impossible for all 3 decision to make any sense.

If im reading the report right, we got 1 point back for accepting guilt (and in combination with mitigation on losing commercial revenue) yet Forest got a 2 point reduction for an early guilty plea.

That makes no sense at all
