I think I can top that. Bet none of you knew that as a young lad, I got to meet and spend sometime with former Ozzie cricket captain Ricky Ponting.
He was all civil and nice like... But as a rumbustious youth with a huge streak of mischief running through me, I couldn't help myself.

I say: 'Hey Dickhea... I mean Dicky... Whoops, I mean Ricky!'

Bloke wasn't too impressed, but what could he do? I was a young lad.
So he forced a grin and said: 'Haha. Very funny, mate.'

I'd probably catch a slap if I tried that now.

Ahhhh true... But over the years, Slippy G as provided us with all so many fond, unforgettable memories that has had us all grabbing our guts and rolling on the floor, in complete bouts of uncontrollable laughter.

One might argue that those are priceless! Something that Ponting will never have.
