As there's gonna be loads of people locked out trying to get in to goodison, is it not possible for the club to put up a big screen at the new stadium for those locked out? Pretty sure that would help with crowd control. Just putting it on here in case anyone has anyone's ear.

I would expect they'd have to clear all test events prior to publicly organising or announcing an event, but I reckon it'd make some good money at £10 a ticket, if not just for people to get into the ground. Also give Aramak a chance to get some sales in.

People will be going to pay homage to a great old stadium, packed full of memories. I doubt many would trudge over to the new gaff to watch the game, which will quite frankly, be secondary. That's my take anyway.

Everton should be selling off the seats after it closes, imagine the trauma those poor chairs have endured. Decades of clenched despair, elation, and questionable halftime pie fumes permanently imprinted into the grain. If those seats could talk, they’d probably just scream. The ghosts of 40,000 clenched cheeks haunt them still.
