I like watches but £600.00 is expensive.
Should make a cuckoo clock instead.

I'm not sure the 60 was the problem but more the £2300 price tag -https://www.christopherward.com/dixie-dean-chronometer/C65-41ACH1-DIXI-B0.html
Not sure either is easy when it's for Everton AND it's a chronograph, very very niche demandMaybe mate. I'm no expert on watches. Though on the subject of demand/availability - is it easier to sell 60 of a product at 2.3k (£138k) or 1892 of a product at £600-750 (£1m+)?
Not sure that was a problem, I pre registered for one for my lad as he idolises Dixie, didn’t get a sniff at oneThey did 60 for a Dixie Dean watch and it didn't sell for an age. Sure you'll have no problem mate.

I couldn’t get one, registered as soon as I seen they were available, let me know if you come across oneThey were available for ages mate.
Maybe if the time stood still for an eternity at 16:44 every 3pm match it'd make more sense from an Everton perspective. Not sure either is easy when it's for Everton AND it's a chronograph, very very niche demand

I have a Seiko Alpinist which costs about the same as this watch. That's probably why they went quartz for this one. A quality mechanical chronograph can cost a bomb.
To be fair, an Alpinist is a very nice watch!I have a Seiko Alpinist which costs about the same as this watch.
But I'm guessing club gets a fair chunk of the price and of course it being a limited edition it automatically pushes the price up.
Find that a waste of the match shirts tbf...May be of interest for fellow fans of watches and our great club
