I`m not sure that is public knowledge, did you hear that from an ITK or just rumour?
Last I saw in print was the Athletic reporting we hadn`t triggered the extension, depending on what we`ve offered I`m sure he will be talking to other clubs to get as much as he can, he had been attracting clubs in Saudi who I`m sure would offer more than us.
But with Doucs nearing 32 and his lack of technical ability stifling our attacks I would let him go, Alcaraz is rumoured to be on more like £20k a week compared to Doucoures £130k per week. I know which one I`d have, even if it wasn`t just about the money.

Don't sell him ffs! He's got an absolutely mean left foot on him and is probably one of the best left backs in Europe. I'd only just about be able to stomach his departure if some huge team came in with a bid of about 45 million or so.
