Much better in the second half after a pathetic first half non performance. Gordon played well when he came on, not enough time though, looks like he's toughened up quite a bit this season and deserves more time on the pitch. Delph, care i say it excellent when he came on, but I fear he'll be injured again next week.

The only good thing about tonight was hearing Benitez talk about January in a way that was marking the cards of a load of wasters in that squad currently.

We are consistently playing poor in the first-half and better in the second-half. Down to the manager to sort out.

The manager decided not to make changes and the same problems arose.

Without trying to deflect blame from Benitez as again there's some questionable decisions, for me the XI on the pitch have to shoulder most of the blame.

He made changes late on the in the first half, which made us look more secure and resilient, but by then it was too late as they'd fell apart.

Where was their personal pride? We've got to look at Benitez too, but my point is that the team we started with shouldn't be that dismal.
