Hes sunk lower in my opinion blaming this situation on a Dof getting someone the sack for his own inadequacies, it's never his fault attitude, Fkn horrible human being, I was with him until now.

So its Benitez's fault Gana was sold and replaced with Gbamin and Delph?

That we never replaced Zouma when he left back to Chelsea?

That we didnt replace Kean/Walcott last summer?

That we've not replaced Coleman in 3 years under Brands tenure?

That we wasted over £100 million on Gomes, Gbamin, Delph, Kean & Iwobi.

You cant blame Benitez for how the clubs been run for years.

Good riddance to Brands.

There's loads of examples of fan pressure forcing significant change at their clubs. Take our neighbours with Hicks and Gillett and there's a fair few more examples.

The problem isn't Benitez mate.

The problem, as you say, is the people who appointed him - and Koeman. And Silva. And Allardyce. And even Ancelotti considering the clause to leave at the drop of a hat for free.

The decision making of the clubs majority shareholder, and his board have meant we've become a model for how not to run a club with an influx of money. This, despite nonsense like this;

Chairman. CEO. DOF. All of these can be sacked tomorrow by Farhad Moshiri. He's reshuffled deckchairs on the titanic with the boardroom and take emotion out of it - Everton have failed as an organisation under this board. 3 years ago they were talking up going for titles!

At this point, to me pressure towards the board would seem more constructive than pressure towards any manager - even if that manager is Rafael Benitez.

^ Saw it all coming.

Next?

They'll gauge fan sentiment.

If it continues to go one way - there will be more changes at board room level.

And obviously, Benitez needs to pickup some points and fast or he's gone too.

Hopefully Moshiri has woke up and realised it's a football club, not a jolly boys club.

The manager signs the players and the managers in question have been sacked brands has tried to move heaven and earth to get rid of the dirge they signed , we are in this position because of team selection and poor defensive set peice coaching.

Benitez now in charge of recruitment…joy. This club is absolute mess.

Give brands a three year contract then have to pay him a severance to get rid.

I’m not anti Benitez at all but Moshiri seems to be placing all of his eggs in this basket - which considering the results we have had and the obvious animosity of the fans is bonkers.

Benitez will be lucky to get to Palace next Sunday if we don’t win tomorrow

That doesn't mean you give Benitez control.
