I dont think we will be able to spend decent money for a long time.

You only get 1 chance at it sadly.

The key now will be to increase revenue by gaining entry into Europe.

The new stadium is going to massively improve revenue isn't it ? I thought the primary reason for us historically being broke was because Goodison has sod all commercial boxes relative to most other clubs ? Our match day revenue is peanuts last time I checked.

Bit different I think atm didn't they allow two years into one or some such for the pandemic
I honestly have no idea.

I try not to think about it. I don’t understand the implications, and the people who apparently do understand these things can’t seem to firmly decide on whether we’re in trouble or not.

Of course it will help.

But Arsenal struggled at first, the stadium isnt free.

Long term it will help massively, but there will be a short term hit, IMO.

More so now we cant get Uncle Ali to give us 100m a season for naming rights.

We where better when we had no money to spend... Hopefully we'll go back to doing actual due diligence on transfers and players instead of spending what little money we have so frivolously.
