So why have they spunked out possibly 42 million while we gat him for say 15 million and they had him all last season, something doesn't sit right

A forward any forward , can we all stop with us getting 6 mid fielders in and no forwards. there has to be a forward coming in

Are we still keen on Broja? Chelsea aren't playing him and (if reports are to be believed) we've been waiting for him all season. I do wonder, if Chelsea get a striker in we may nick a late loan

He’s far far better mate he will have to work hard to get in the side I’d guess but he’s not a player who’s name il see on the team sheet and go “oh FFS”
A nice blend in midfield now and options, we just need that wide forward/winger/striker type and we will shoot up this league in no time.

I had hoped that he was a defensive midfield sitter to complement Gana Onana but he really doesn't look like one.

Maybe he didn’t want to stay at Forest and he might of known about Evertons and other established PL teams interest for a while.

He was a huge part of their promotion

I had hoped that he was a defensive midfield sitter to complement Gana Onana but he really doesn't look like one.

I think Gana is the defensive midfielder and also Onana could easily play that role also.

Happy birthday from a fellow tea-based toffee. Bad luck that you were born too late for the cut-off. I was lucky being born before the pension window slammed shut. Got mine at 65 (now 69)

I don't think Gana is that - he liked to press and hunt the ball , unless he's changed his role at PSG.

Onana certainly has the attributes to be a sitter but has so much more to his game.
