They were better first half, we were better second half. Either side could easily have nicked a goal and the other would feel hard done by. Some great performances, very encouraging especially with how positive we were second half really having a go at them. Can't wait for a Coady goal that stands - he was going nuts until it was obvious it wasn't gonna be given.

Great performance by almost everyone. (Gordon was off today).
Clean sheet against their supposedly unstoppable front line will be good for the confidence.
The media will surely make out that we were very lucky to get a draw, but in reality we matched them at every turn.

Can't really blame VAR for us not winning; Tom Davies had a great chance to score, as did Maupay, plus we were saved by the woodwork several times for the second game on the trot. A draw was a fair result there.

I think that’s our best performance under Frank. First derby in a long time I thought we didn’t come out pooing our keks against rhem. We genuinely went for it most of the game.

Superb performance overall from Everton it's a little disconcerting that the sky 6 teams can change almost half the team on the bench and we're desperately lacking offensive options on the bench
