Indeed, it is all a bit weird.
I can understand people being "bored" of finishing in roughly the same place every year and wanting to gamble on someone new. But to seemingly hate someone who has been a huge positive for 11 years strikes me as bizarre!

The same people who are 'disgusted' by the way Moyes 'engineered' his exit would have been even more disgusted had he quit before the season ended and yet more 'disgusted' had he signed a new contract and subsequently left. Or even had he signed a new contract and stayed he would have been slaughtered as a 'sell out', putting his own wage before the long term interests of the club - backing BK's apalling regime.

I'm not sure what people expected him to do tbh.
