It’s shocking in this day and age.. I had to wait 1 hour 40 minutes yesterday…. Could they also change the tacky music screeching at you… 1 minute it goes very loud then some woman comes on you can barely hear and you think you have got through but you haven’t

I phoned up today to join the auto cup scheme.. it took me 1 hour 40 minutes to get through.. I was sick to death of listening to that tacky music screeching at me..When I finally got through the woman was very helpful and said there was 253 people behind me now in the que! Can’t see the general...

I’ve had no email regarding the auto scheme, I tried to do it myself online and it just kept asking for my bank details and then just going back to the beginning…as all things Everton,very frustrating!!
