    2023/24 Arnaut Danjuma

Expected more from him. Definitely has ability but I thought his workrate, even when coming off the bench late on, was questionable.

    2023/24 Seamus Coleman

Let’s wait and see what happens in the next few days. Random salaries often quoted are way off the mark. Séamus isn’t a quitter, he’s a fighter and will keep battling for Club and Country as long as he thinks he has something to offer. Managers will continue to pick him if he’s good enough and...

    2023/24 Jarrad Branthwaite

Would like us to do whatever we can to keep hold of Jarrad heading into our last season at Goodison. The lad is absolute quality.

    2023/24 Idrissa Gueye

Rolled back the years and set the tone for the team’s performance. Ran his heart out. Brilliant tackles. Fantastic performance.

    2023/24 Jack Harrison

Best game I’ve seen him in have in the Royal Blue jersey. Tracked back well, ball stuck to his foot like a magnet, got stuck in, surging runs forward. Excellent performance.

    2023/24 Ben Godfrey

Godfrey was excellent last night. Tenacious tackling, superb blocks, pacey and up for the fight.

    2023/24 Dominic Calvert-Lewin

Didn’t shirk the chance to take the penalty. Hope that lifts his confidence and the team’s as a whole.

    2023/24 Seamus Coleman

Thanks Bluerover. 100% agree with your sentiments. Thankfully most Evertonians who want the best for our Club appreciate ‘real’ players who care and there’s only a minority of lurkers and WUMs waiting to pounce and attack certain threads only. Happy Easter to all Evertonians.

    2023/24 Seamus Coleman

So you don’t think he’s helped keep us up over the 4 years that you think he should have been retired? A player who actually cares, wants to play and according to players and managers past and present still leads and pushes everyone to be at their best. Yet you think he alone cost us the match...

    2023/24 Seamus Coleman

The fact that Seamus has played at the top level for us for 15 years is testament to the man. Sad that some Blues don’t appreciate this, but words from past and current teammates and numerous managers, (including Ancelotti, Lampard, Dyche) show the impact he has and the positive influence he...

Sad News - Our friend, Roydo

Really sad to hear this. Thoughts and prayers with all who knew him. RIP Roydo.

    2023/24 Ben Godfrey

Provides much needed pace in the team. More of a stopper than a creator but good to see him in the team. Glad we didn’t let him go in January. Would like to see him grow in confidence.

    2023/24 James Garner

Good engine, gets around the pitch, tackles and never hides. Versatile and has skilful touch. Agree with @NathDogg that he’s underrated.

    2023/24 Lewis Dobbin

Thought he should have been brought on earlier today. His pace and will to run at their defence caused problems. I’d like to see him given more game-time.

    2023/24 Ben Godfrey

Played well tonight and as other posters have said, possesses rare ingredient of pace, plus strength and versatility. Hope we don’t sell him this January window.
