From what I can see, the difference is the display. One is 144hz and one is 165hz. I'd go with the one that costs less. With a mid range mobile cpu, 16 gb ram and a mobile 4060 you aren't going to be hitting 144 fps at anything resembling decent graphics settings. Maybe eSports title would...
