I'd like to see him back in action. There's probably a fair way to sort it out where the end result is both clubs have his success as the goal.
For example the deal could be changed just to a straight on % of any Dele sale in future.
It was a very typical Conte team performance. I thought it was pretty comfortable without being exciting, we will probably win many games like that this season. Yes, it's not Pep or Klopp style football, but it works, and Conte's record speaks for itself.
If the cost of that is opponents lament...
I really hope he rediscovers that early form. He was unplayable for two whole seasons after he first moved to us, but it's been so long that I sometimes wonder if I imagined it.
He's got it in him somewhere to be incredibly good.
The biggest clubs in Europe are clamouring for Ajax's players. If they are looking to make him their record signing it says enough.
It's likely he would do very well. I'd rather he goes to Ajax so we don't have to face him though.
He's been playing for Mourinho and Nuno coming on at 80+mins and defending 1-0 leads. He's done enough that most Spurs fans will tell you they won't be surprised at all if he tears it up at Ajax next season.
Honestly I'm not bothered either way it's not like Spurs are struggling to sell him...
Because we fell out of European football and he's competing for a spot in the team with Heung-min Son?
There aren't many players that would be getting gametime.
I think Spurs fans on this forum are being pretty honest here. Winks is probably not at all a good target for Everton but Bergwijn is...
He's been on scraps under both Mourinho and Nuno. Both of them played dross football so that whenever he was brought on at 80mins Spurs were looking to defend a draw or 1-0 win.
Ajax buy well, he is their main target for a reason.
Bergwijn is a hidden gem imo. It's been a hard road for him stuck behind Son but his ability is obvious and he has so much pace.
If Everton can convince him to join I would be very interested in how he develops over the next few years.
I wouldn't pay too much attention to supposed prices they...
Not a bad idea of the type of player he is honestly though below Jorginho's level obviously. In Poch's good years he was actually very loved by Spurs fans, that's because he suits that sort of heavy possession style Poch used to play where Spurs would have 65% possession most games.
He's been...
