I don't see either appeal being successful. They will not want to do anything to change the league table after the last game has been finished. I feel like the final decisions have been made already.
Plus the appeal after the first deduction - we got points back because the original accusation of us being "less than frank" and "not acting in good faith" was found to be untrue.
It's quite incredible how we have been treated.
Textbook smear...
Dyche gets alot of stick on here...but imo if we manage to stay up this year then he's done a great job. Lets face it, we have squad full of bang average. That we even have a chance after loosing 8 points is a minor miracle (although it helps...
Not sure I follow you entirely. Forest got 4, but I think it was 6 with 2 back for "exceptional" cooperation. A quick review of our IC decision on this charge shows that the IC did not deem our cooperation to be exceptional. Apparently, our...
In my view, there is a zero % chance of either our or Forest's appeal being successful. First, it seems the standard is, was there "legal error." I think that will be extremely difficult to show now that we have some precedents for these cases...
Section 256 of the report sums up how the league have treated the club
The commission say they've found some criticisms levelled against the club by the PL as "unwarranted, overstated, or both"
The club should absolutely be bringing that up and...
So, does it really matter from a points deduction perspective if it was £22 million or £16 million? Recall that Forest's 34 and our original 19.5 seemed to both be regarded by the Forest IC as in the "significant" band, whatever that is, so...
This is shocking. So the IC has kicked the can down the road, another point deduction looms over us for again relating to the same time period and no one had any idea when that hearing may occur or whether any further points deduction would...
What the heck is this about? What a farce...

Remarkably, the written reasons revealed that this was not the end of the case against Everton following a dispute between them and the Premier League about the scale of...
One more thought...for all those that say teams like Forest and Luton have goals in them, remember that they also concede a lot of goals (-16 and -20 goal difference), which impacts win/loss/draw. So, they have their own challenges.
