McNeil is not good enough to be a starter for us going forward in my opinion. Switch Richy for McNeil and buy a number 9. That said, I don’t think Richy would represent a smart move for us unless on very low fee compared to what we sold him for...

Martim Fernandes at Porto looks a good option at right back...they have a wonderkid Rodrigo Mora as well -- attacking midfield and can play wide as well. Reports suggesting Sunderland want £40mil for Chris Rigg. No brainer.
