There are very few leagues that can match the physicality of the PL. The Bundesliga teams tend to struggle in Europe apart from Dortmund and Bayern. However as we’ve seen countless times in international tournaments, technical ability overcomes physicality in most cases.

We have only lost Ashley Young, but he played in a lot of games last year. Azou won’t replicate that number of games this year. Tarks and in particular Coleman are another year older. It might historically be our strongest area, but Moyes has said it the area we are lacking in the most.
