    Non League Football

Watched Warrington draw 0-0 with top of the league Hednesford today. Despite the scoreline and neither goalkeeper under too much pressure, it was a thoroughly enjoyable and absorbing game. Onto the biggest derby in the country on Boxing Day. Rylands v Town😀

Thought about going up there myself but didn’t make it. Sounds like a draw was a fair result. Hopefully see off Morpeth this Saturday. Were really playing well at home.

Not sure Williams deserves to play. Had a poor season and vastly overrated. Sean Wane seems to like him though. Clearly sees something i don’t

Went to Prescot Cables v Warrington Town last night. We’ve really struggled this season trying to gel 15 or so new players. Last night we salvaged a deserved 1-1 draw with a late equalizer. Things are looking up. Peter Clarke still going strong for Cables at 43

The movie you would most like to watch for the first time again.

I was actually living in Warrington. We’d caught the train to Liverpool for shopping maybe and watched the film before catching the train back from Lime st. I’d have probably only been about 6 or 7. It was on the right as you head up London Rd from Lime St. First time I’d been to the Cinema (...
