Jack White absolutely killing this. What a night already. Can’t wait for chiefs Vs cowboys later on.

My guess is the guy he is today is the guy he will be. Which is fine! And also if West Ham wants to pay a lot for him more power to them.

Every team that we should be emulating has done it by selling players when offers above their value comes in and buying multiple prospects with the money. It’s not FIFA. This is real life. Our next trophy will have 6 to 8 players in the XI that...

Gana will be going soon that’s inevitable, whether it’s the end of this season or the next one. We should be planning to phase him out. I think the first two names on the team sheet in midfield for Moyes are Garner and KDH. He’ll be assessing...

Im not saying actively sell anyone. But if teams want to toss offers well above the value, well, you sell those players.

For us? Ndiaye, Grealish, Pickford as much as a GK can be. That’s probably it. Historically in midfield for us Gueye was. It’s been bleak otherwise. There are dozens of PL midfielders at Garner’s level.

You can’t build the team around players who aren’t reliable, aren’t hitting their prime, or are massively unproven which applies to everyone you’ve listed, save for maybe Pickford if you give him some grace age wise because he’s a keeper. But...

You have to find the money and the minutes for the guys you’re buying though!

The only player that we should build around is Ndiaye and we probably won’t be able to keep him unfortunately. This squad is highly expendable right now. We need some wheeler dealers.

We might be 13th instead of 11th. The thing we’re going to have to accept here at some point is our players are largely average. Again I like Garner, his versatility is helpful (he’s played fullback sparingly though this year) but he’s not a...

This is how you get better when you’re a club like ours right now.

I think his contract has an option for another year. I’m honestly not sure, some places have said it runs through 2027.
  • TheBigIguana
Accurate is still one we should take! I like Garner, but I don’t think he’s got the type of upside that means we should resist an offer.
  • TheBigIguana
    It’s crazy for James Garner
  • TheBigIguana
Ideal time to begin the Gana phase out, and I don’t say that because of the other night. I’ll happily have him start for us again, he apologised immediately, move on. However his self-then-AFCON forced extended absence makes us try life without...
