2023/24 Dele

If there is an agreement with Spurs that if Dele signs an extension to his Everton contract then we have to pay a fee, then that will prevent that from ever happening.
I expect Everton will try to negotiate some kind of deal where Spurs may get something if Dele does sign an extension and does play for Everton in the future( both events being highly unlikely).

When this contract for Dele ends , the only hope Spurs have of getting anything at all.... ever, is Everton.
For that reason you’d think Spurs would be happy to do some form of deal.

If your choice is do a deal with us where they get something potentially or they don’t do a deal with us and they definitely get nothing, Levy ain’t daft enough to say no.

Who sanctioned this transfer of an immensely out of form player on mega money with a crazy contract where it’s money based on appearances. There isn’t much Everton could have done about his injuries or issues, but regardless it was a bizarre deal which has caused so many problems.

You're right he was 'immensely out of form' but that's because he was literally walking around the training pitch at Spurs.

It was on the telly for everyone to see.

Except the morons (sorry, best in the business) running this circus.

Levy is still laughing that we took on his wages. 2.5 year contract 😂

Dont get cute. We can terminate his contract.
There's multiple reasons why we can't, firstly he's turning up for work (he's been injured most of this season and had groin surgery), it would be a PR disaster, and there is a belief, right or wrong, in the club that he can offer us something.

If you became mentally unwell, but came to work after suffering an on the job injury, would you be happy if the boss called you into the office and said you're fired? Like hell you would.

That sentimental crap is why we will never get to the top. Its footy hes on 100,000k a week. Cry me a river. He can buy himself a new brain. With all the money hes made from the sport he can live 400 lives. You cant compare a proffesional footballing job to a construction worker for example because the dynamics are completely different.

He was good when he was young in a really good Tottenham side. We are not tottenham and he will never reach his full potential. Get rid of him.

People like you are why men don't talk about their issues and take their own lives. Do some education on how money doesn't cure mental illness before you post next time and look even stupider than you already are.

Somebody didn’t do very well at science subjects at school. What a cretinous statement.
