I thought at the time we should have got more cash. He’d proved himself at that level and good Championship strikers sell for a lot more than what we ended up getting. One of the teams that end up getting promoted might take a chance on him.

The logic was we got an immediate fee for Simms as a youth product and paid a structured performance base fee for Chermiti. We've had a good look at Simms and know he isn't good enough, we hope Chermiti could be

I might, when he actually plays a few consistent games in said leagues. Until then, who knows. What we do know however, is that Beto and DCL are a bit crap at scoring goals.
