Think the bigger issue is the level of risk that they’ve found which has caused them to pull the deal

One of our major lenders weren’t in insolvency court and under federal investigation last time mate.

They're not in insolvency court, it's a fraud case. I know I keep repeating myself, but it's an important distinction. If they were in a bankruptcy court, we could probably get resolution.
 

Perhaps interesting that there wasn't a whiff of that news/statement in the press before it happened.

A whole lot of analysis now and reasoning being given within 2 hours of the statement - but not a peep prior.
