Your unforgettable Goodison Park FA Cup memory

We would have had Millwall at Wembley in the semi aswell, that would have been a nice tranquil day out..
The Millwall FA CUP defeat 2-0 & the horrible violence before it - worst scenes at Goodison I have ever seen -

Then the non league Altrincham game where winger our John Connelly suffered a double leg break right in front of us as we struggled to muster a 1-1 draw with only ten men with Gary Jones getting sent off ... we did win the replay though at Old Trafford .....

The Ball Harvey - Kendall years in 1968 where all the home games we eased our way through to the final with pure football - only to throw it all away at Wembley v WBA ....doh

Not F A Cup but Charity Shield in '66, where wee paraded the trophy around the ground with the World Cup and league title cup also on parade. Pretty sure that's an 'only' for Goodison.

(Less said about that particular game the better!)

Kevin Sheedy’s free kick(s) against Ipswich 1985, standing on the Gwladys Street watching what was going on at the other end!
According to Howard’s Way, after the first one went in and had to be retaken Reidy said “Well what are we going to do now”, Sheedy’s reply “I’ve got this” then stuck it in the other corner from the first one!
Happy days!!!
