New Everton Stadium

When i was at the new stadium last week, i couldn't help but notice some of the walls look scruffy / dirty.
I was watching a Youtube video last night with Tim Howard having a look around the stadium, as he came out the players tunnel, the walls are filthy.
Have they finished the structure now, will they be painting the bare concrete walls, or at least giving them a power wash?
My OCD is in overdrive :)
The black anti slip stuff that they have put on the edge of the steps from the concourses and in seating bowl was already peeling off in places. This may have been from when the rainwater was filmed running down the steps like a waterfall. There were marks all over the bare concrete walls. Needs a lot of branding on the concourses. Looks a bit too industrial atm.

At the second test i had a walk round, i got in to the disabled part in the north stand, its massive, you could get at least to rows of seating in there, dont know if thats a future plan, but if all the acessable areas are like that ?

Not if, when. The park should be ready for the 2028 euros. Hopefully they bump this forward.

I think we all need to keep the pressure on Rotheram, he's had it far too easy on everything since he's been the mayor. He knew he just had to turn up in the past because he's in a safe labour seat and he's done nothing for this city.
People pressure will pay off in the end because he's already squirming, we just have to keep at it now.
Same with Peel aswell, when they put up stuff on x, call them out for their inactivity, add them and apply pressure because Central Docks gives a terrible impression and they've sat on that land for decades.

I noticed this too. My Dad, 98, painter and decorating legend, pointed out they had probably used the wrong type paint for heavy handed use.
