I don't see a problem with celebrating winning a trophy. I would love Everton to win it.

Also I don't think that it is a second rate competition just because the Sky6 have tried to make it such.

Absolutely this - I was up there on Friday and Saturday and although I’ve no love the for stripey kopites, there was a buzz about the city and stupid grins on and all their faces, young and old, every boozer was lively and fun, and very loud with songs, we had a great couple of days there.

Good luck to them, they’ve waited donkeys years so why shouldn’t they go bloody mad - any team that isn’t a scab6 winning any tournament is fine by me.

If you can’t be happy for them winning the league cup and going nuts then you might as well pack in with footy.

First trophy in 70 odd years, they should enjoy it. League cup used to be big as anyone could win it, has become bigger in recent years since all other trophies won by the top 5. Talk of a statue for Eddie Howe is way too much

No issue with them chucking a statue up of Eddie the Blue either tbh, leave them to enjoy it however they see fit.
