DCL is a different type of striker to what they have already at the club, he is good in the air and good to hold up the ball and bring others into the game, with better players around him he could be effective. I don't think Lukaku is even a shadow of the player he was when playing for us.

If you were Chelsea, why would you want DCL over Lukaku? They're not going to play either of them anyway

...is "Kopite Behaviour". Things are a mess, long before Dyche came in. Nobody expects us to be winning every game, however it is reasonable to think we would replace Lukaku nearly 10 years after he left. Dyche is yet another Everton employee we have had, whose more interested in his ego than club.

Don't think he'd want to come here regardless but what an improvement he would be. We couldn't get near his wages for starters.
