Here's beto scoring a solo goal last season. It is not a rarity for strikers to make their own goals. Calvert lewin just isn't a very good striker.

Good to watch the Kane and Haaland videos showing the great finishers they are Problem with DCL is that I would trust him to slot maybe 1 out 5 chances that would get handed to him with service like that, providing he would stay fit long enough to be on the end of them.

I reckon Dom scores about 17 of those Kane goals.

...and more often than not its a back up full back on a loan or free transfer. At most its a gamble on a young lad who goes straight back to there club on loan. Mangala will be a decent squad signing. The Lukaku window was more than 10 years ago now and the way teams recruit has changed since then.

They do as players but the manner of it was mad. Looked like we were signing nobody on deadline day as usual, then about 12.30am it emerged we had signed this not very well known Belgian for 20million.

I don't see how that works? Osimhen goes to Saudi, Lukaku goes to Napoli, Toney goes to Chelsea and Brentford need a striker - am I missing something? Brentford needing a striker wouldn't help us as Calvert-Lewin probably wouldn't fancy that and they certainly wouldn't pay the wages he's been...

Never begrudged Rom a move, even if it turned out to be a massive mistake to go to United, what I despised was Koeman gift wrapping him without a plan to replace him cos it definitely wasn’t meant to be DCL so early
