Good find that, Mikey. Basically, anyone who just has a clue how to run a modern football club would improve us tenfold. Nice to read he's learned from mistakes and also that he is passionate in engaging with his clubs.

    2023/24 Jarrad Branthwaite

I agree we need to sell, but thankfully it's Onana who is a highly rated player but not crucial to our team. Thank Christ for that, would be awful if we had to sell Branthwaite.

Onana will be sold and that will balance our books mate, fear not x

    2023/24 Jarrad Branthwaite

Yeah makes no sense to sell now, in a year or two, if he carries on like last season, he'll be wanted by the likes of City and Madrid and we'll make a lot more than if we sell him now.

    2023/24 Neal Maupay

Agree about the athleticism. I think Maupay presses well tbf, what if I were to suggest we drop Doucoure back into midfield with either Gueye or Garner, and Maupay is used in games in which we are likely to have a bit more of the ball?

Moshiri can fund the club himself but he's chosen not to for the last 12 months. As he has been trying to sell though so doesn't want to sink anymore money in. If it continues to be this way, we'd be in danger of administration, which Moshiri won't allow to happen as he'd stand to lose...

    2023/24 Neal Maupay

I'd like to see what he could do playing off Dom, the 10/2nd striker in Dyche's system doesn't have to be pacey or have great hold up, see Doucoure.

    2023/24 Jarrad Branthwaite

Usman.. I mean 777 sorted us out for cashflow since October. After contracts expire for Gomes, Dele, Lonergan, Harrison and Danjuma... Everton's monthly wage bill will go down by about 1.5 / 2 mil a month which will help with cashflow in the immediate. Put it this way, I could see Branthwaite...

Reports are that we need around 25 mil profit for PSR. So that would mean shifting Onana for around 60, I can see someone paying that.

    2023/24 Neal Maupay

He'd be alright as a second striker in Dyche's system and someone who can bring something different off the bench. Dyche has brought a few players back in from the cold, don't be surprised if Neal is another one of them.

Any player trades with United would make us worse off financially given the wages that even their most bang average players are on. It's a complete non-starter.

Onana's sale will make us compliant with PSR. We will hang on to Branthwaite for 1/2 more years and sell him for serious, serious dough.

Moshiri wants out, 777 are Usmanov money movers and MSP are effective shareholders. A new owner only has to worry about RMF really. It's a much easier proposition once the stadium is done but sadly it means another year of having nothing to invest into the squad.

Yeah I agree mate, I would just also add in like clear dangerous play that the ref couldn't have seen.

    VAR

How it's used needs to be changed. Scale it right back to absolute howlers and the non-subjective and things the ref couldn't possibly see, and still have the ref make the call (even though that went against us yesterday).

    Barkley..again

I don't he'd suit Dyche's system, and given how he jibbed us off initially, it just wouldn't be good for anyone if he had a stinker and the crowd are getting on his back. He'd be a good signing for someone like Brighton, Palace or Bournemouth I reckon.

    2023/24 Dominic Calvert-Lewin

I hope he stays and we get a better 10 in somehow, he will score more with a more suitable partner. Doucoure as the 10 has been needs must for Dyche's system but it really shows its limitations at times.
