    Richarlison Poll

I've voted yes, but it really depends on the deal. A loan with an option, let's say £20m, yes. Sign him on a permanent for £35m, no.

What position should be the number one priority this summer?

Striker. None of our strikers are good enough.

I agree in principle but I would also add that the older heads should not be too expensive. Spending £25m on Soucek or £15m on Longstaff and the calculus doesn't work any more for me.

The Now-Irrelevant 2024/25 Relegation Battle (Without Everton!)

Was he even flavour of the month? He was a very peculiar appointment.

    2024/25 Michael Keane

That's fair, we haven't really seen him in there. However, we have seen Keane in there and I've seen more than enough to state, with a high level of certainty, that he's not good enough. I would be very keen to see JOB in their for the rest of the season as we may need 2, or even 3, CBs in the...

    2024/25 Michael Keane

Dreading seeing this lump on the pitch for the next few games. It's not just the individual mistakes, it's his general effect of destabilising and panicking the rest of the defence. If Moyes has eyes, he'll move JOB central and play one of our many terrible right backs before picking this...

The Now-Irrelevant 2024/25 Relegation Battle (Without Everton!)

Fair dues to Wolves, five wins on the spin. I wasn't keen on Vitor when he was linked with us but he's doing a hell of a job down in the midlands.

    2024/25 Armando Broja

I don't understand why some people on here are advocating keeping this lad next season. He's hardly ever available and when he is he can't be arsed. I'll be gutted if he's here next season.

It wasn't a pop at you, mate, it was a general observation that people believe the media stories that confirm their beliefs but refute the ones, often from the same or similar sources, that contrast with their beliefs. Hence all the Brands signed W, Moshiri signed X, Dyche signed Y, Thelwell...

Ah, the old "the manager bought all of the good players and the DoF/chairman/owner bought all the bad ones" argument again. It's a classic.

    2024/25 David Moyes

To be fair to him (and I do feel grubby defending him), loads of pundits were basically saying this at the time and he's the only one who, a few weeks later, held his hands up and said he was totally wrong. Most of the others still keep banging on about what a great job Dyche did.

The Now-Irrelevant 2024/25 Relegation Battle (Without Everton!)

The fact that seven teams from one league can theoretically make it to the "Champions" League shows how diluted that competition has become.

Plus Moyes had him for that horror show loan at West Ham. Once bitten, twice shy, surely.

    Is Premier League Boring?

The company I worked for in the naughties (I think you guys call it the aughts?) were based in Cambridge, so I was a regular visitor to Boston. Saw the Cs and the Bruins multiple times, was never a problem. The prices have gone up so steeply, it's crazy.
