    New Everton Stadium Discussion

Does anyone ever remember these first games at new stadiums though? I can't recall any from Arsenal/Spurs/City etc.

    2023/24 Sean Dyche

It's like Moyes. Stayed at Everton a long time but as soon as he got a better offer he was gone and he'd schmoozed Fergie for years hoping to replace him. He was open to other offers as well but they never came. Everton will always be the best Dyche can do and he's on massive money.

If we were offered to sign anyone from them 3 how many would even make our 11 between them? Not many, if any. They're Championship sides back to front. Barkley maybe..

Generational talent. Record fee for a defender starts the bidding. Ideally hold off till the Euros. If he stars there then we can name our price.

    New Everton Stadium Discussion

Depends which end of town. It's a similar distance to Lime Street than Goodison Park or Anfield. The new stadium will be great for the club, but it's hardly the Kings Dock location wise.

Points Deduction, Appeal & 2nd PSR Charge

You're looking at mega money for Branthwaite and Onana.

Moshiri just needs to hang on till the stadium is finished, get the books in better order and then the club is attractive for a sale.

    Replace Dyche with Moyes

The only thing that might tempt him here is the lure of leading the club out at BMD. Plus the fact that he hasn't got the best relationship with the sporting director at West Ham and a lot of the fans don't want his contract extended as they're unhappy with the football and think he's gone as...

    Danny Ings - The solution

Should be looking at getting Lukaku back not a Kopite reject.

Actually win something in our last season at Goodison.

    2023/24 Sean Dyche

He'll keep us up so he serves his purpose, albeit because there's 3 or 4 really poor teams around. Don't want to watch AllarDyche ball in our last season at Goodison though.

But the 4 wins in a row was galvanised from the points deduction.

If we stay up this year we should be fine next year. Leicester will be docked a lot of points and maybe others.

Got to bring Lukaku back home in the summer.

    2023/24 Sean Dyche

He's always relied on set pieces and crosses. The problem with Dyche (and Pulis who plays exactly the same way) is fans will tolerate the football when it gets results. Without results though, the awful football is less tolerable. The 4 wins in a row after the points deduction, the leeway given...

Corby is a Celtic town. Some Celtic fans will like the RS because of that song (others hate them because they stole it). Dyche was the former.

And Mike Walker finished 3rd in the Premier League once which got him the Everton job. Luton are a Championship side and barring crippling points deductions elsewhere will be relegated.

The fact he's their best player by a mile says a lot.

None of their players would get near our side.

Forest will lose points as well and Luton don't look like getting many more. We'll stay up again but could be another struggle next year
