    Summer 2024 transfer thread.

Far too injury prone, wouldn't waste a PL loan spot on him

    2023/24 Sean Dyche

Dyche isn't suddenly going to buy players capable of playing attacking football or who's strengths are there on the ball ability. I bet he'll admit himself that his main strength in management is setting up teams to be 'hard to beat', he's very good at doing that for the most part. I do not...

    2023/24 Jack Harrison

Another loan does make sense and that's coming from someone who really really does not rate him. Cannot fault his work rate and in a Dyche team work rate trumps everything.

    2023/24 Sean Dyche

Could see him going to Forest. That's only if we decide to get rid of him though, this idea that he could manage a bigger club than Everton (essentially a top 6 club) is madness. The only reason he got the Everton job in the first place is cos we are a absolute shambles on and off the pitch. He...

    2023/24 Sean Dyche

If I was Sean Dyche I would understand that I will not get a better job than Everton in terms of club size. He will wanna stay, he's put up with god knowsss

The Esks mouthpiece, he's teasing nothing

    777 Partners - Revised Poll Added 07/05/2024

Ignore anything that Paul Brown says, he sucks off the esk and quite clearly has his own interests.

    2023/24 Jack Harrison

His 1 standout game in months come against the RS, that's enough to convince some of r fans that we should go ahead and sign him. He's a squad player at best, another loan would be sensible but should be legged if they want anything close to 20 for him.

    Attacking Replacements

We at least need a decent backup to Doucoure, someone to play right wing also. I would try and get Harrison on loan again, wouldn't spend anything close to what Leeds want for him though.

    2023/24 Jack Harrison

He gets dispossessed far too often, he's not too good on the ball either, can't fault his work rate though

    2023/24 Jack Harrison

I'll have him on loan again, no way should we be spending serious money on him though

    2023/24 Sean Dyche

Myko has been consistently good defensively under Dyche, he deserves credit for turning him into a good defender

    2023/24 Sean Dyche

We are PL snobs cos guess what... we've never been relegated, there's not many blues who even know what it's like to play in the 2nd division

    2023/24 Sean Dyche

It all depends on what happens with the ownership, if we sell branthwaite and onana we should be able to spend some money, 1 or 2 young players may not be totally impossible

    2023/24 Sean Dyche

We may have more longevity with keeping said young players compared to Brighton, maybe only a season or 2 but it's a better model than the one we we're adopting under Moshiri.

    2023/24 Sean Dyche

Buying young players who fit into your system and looking to develop them isn't some mad concept and in no way is it solely 'The Brighton Model'. We're not going back to the days of buying average players for over their market value any time soon (thankfully). A different plan is needed cos...

    2023/24 Sean Dyche

I myself ain't a fan of the football we play at times and it was a chore going the game for a good portion of the season but he has more than earned himself another year, that yesterday solidified it. Give me a mid table finish next season and maybe a decent cup run. I don't see us attracting a...
