And if he doesn't we are left with a massive irrecoverable £50M hole in finances with nothing to show for it.
That's why you buy Sandro, Pickford, Keane, Henry, etc.

Again, name another player we could buy for less that would be better.

Isn't the POINT to win silverware?

We made a bid of 45M. I don't get the hold up. We need this guy pronto. What could possibly holding up the deal? We've got a new owner, new manager, new D of F, sooooooo...

...the only thing that remains is Bill, the board, and the executives. Think it's about time that some of them find something else to do. This should've been done weeks ago.

If I'm Ronnie I'm fuming.

Not sure if you've just highlighted the wrong bit or not understood what I was saying.

I think it's clear that he's not a sugar daddy yes, otherwise I don't think we'd have sold Stones or Lukaku, and we'd have brought in at least one massive signing (the type that we would never have dreamt possible before) which we haven't really done. We would also be unlikely to be haggling over transfer fees and be 3/4 light in the squad when our competitive games are already well under way.

It isn't clear what his plan for us is, I was simply postulating on that score.

But those players wanted to leave? They were offered big deals to stay and turned them down, so we got big money for them.

That was my point.

I'm not saying he is a sugar daddy, but I'm saying it's hard to judge as we've sold two players for huge fees respectively. But we only sold them because they didn't want to be here...

Why on earth didn`t we just move on and sign someone else? 50 million could have been spent elsewere
smacks of ` well we tried are best` when the window slams shut` and we have invested 7 million in the team
