wtf?! who the hell is gonna pay that?! i still say a national stadium is a bad idea when we have 100's of quality stadiums all over the country. also why did it cost so much more than the millenium stadium (50m) when it has no roof? surely in this day a retractable roof is necessary.

it was the england italy u21 match, a paper asked a 14 year old lad to write up his day for them, he highlighted the cost of consumables on site and said "its cheaper at sainsburys"
